NSDL IPO Price, Lot Size & Listing Details

The NSDL IPO price band is between ₹760 and ₹800 per share. The minimum lot size is 18 shares, so retail investors need to invest at least ₹13,680 to participate. For small High Net-Worth Individuals (sHNIs), the minimum amount is ₹2,01,600 for 252 shares. Big investors (bHNIs) will need to invest a minimum of ₹10,08,000 for 1,260 shares. The IPO will be listed on BSE

, with a tentative listing date of August 6, 2025. Allotments are expected to be finalized by August 4, with refunds and Demat credits processed the next day.

The IPO includes a total of 5.01 crore shares. Among these, nearly 35% are reserved for retail investors. Around 15% go to NIIs, 50% to QIBs, and 0.17% is reserved for employees.
